The following Marshall County Offices are in their temporary locations in the former Schumaker Home Furnishings building –1611 Vander Horck: Auditor, Treasurer, Register of Deeds, Director of Equalization, Zoning and in Community Building –909 Main Ave: Clerk of Courts office (Northwest corner) & Sheriff/E911 (South side).

All Commission Meetings will be at the North Marshall Firehall Meeting Room. Check upcoming events for those dates. Court will be held at the Day County Courthouse.
The Treasurer’s Office is changing their public serving hours to 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday. This will include phone calls and in person. This will allow the treasurer’s office time in the morning to balance the previous day and prepare the required documents to be sent to Pierre without interruption.
